When I Started: Dec 2008
HOW I STARTED:

i started for fun, but later on i got serious as i quite got myself into body building.

WHY I LOVE IT:

it transformed my body into something which i have never ever thought of.

my instructor, whose work i appreciate more than any other thing. he has been a huge motivation for me since the very first day i started gym. he forced me to be regular, eat proper food and take right supplement. and also to do a hard workout.

thenaturalone Sometime it can be technique. its easy to be out of allignment and not realise it if you don't have someone watching to make sure your hands are equally spaced on the bars when your doing chest exercises. Concentrate on keep both sides completely equal in position during your exercises! Sep 22, 2010 5:45pm
