My HS math teacher, Rex Demers (beast), got me into it with a friend.
Why I Love It:
It's an interesting hobby...I see the changes in my body, feel stronger and am able to do a lot of things other people can't. That's why I love it. Plus it's healthy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading, trying new things, constantly educating myself and experimenting with different exercises, workouts, and nutrition.

Great news on the shoulder and your workouts. Just posted up a response in your journal. My workouts have been pretty solid- still have some work to do on chest pressing w/my shoulder but otherwise everything else is at or above pre-injury levels!

We went today around 4:30, I did midback. There was a guy there who I thought might be you practicing posing with that Tony O'Connor guy, but on second glance, this guy looked older. I'm working hammies/lower back tomorrow morning.
We're probably just gonna squeeze workouts in when we can. My sister takes her kids there for swimming and day camp, so we'll probably be tagging along with her.
