How I Started:
Well when I first joined the marine corps I was overweight. I lost alot of weight in bootcamp then after that decided to start lifting and change my eating habits..
Why I Love It:
I like watching the progress and hearing what people have to say, good or bad....
How I Stay Motivated:
Got a good lifting partner and Marine Corps wont let ya slip easy
