Will just cut some this summer; it happens naturally to a big degree because my appetite dies when it gets hot. That'll be good for ramping up momentum when I bulk again in the fall. I make my best progress when I seesaw.

wow man taht sucks - but good you are still doing what you can- yea i was bigger a couple months ago but i lost liek 10lbs of fat and lost size - and that sucks but over all i look better - stay focus man - you be back bigger and better !

Is beta-alanine included in any of the packs or mixes? I think it gives me an edge in performance and endurance during my more intense routines.
