Im going to become a body builder(compete).
Eventually i want to train others in all aspects of fitness/overall healthy living.
Goal (Long):
My goals are simple:
Longterm Fitness/Health
5% total body fat (or less)
Become A champion Body builder
Help as many people as i can along the way

I have been diligently researching body types for weeks now and i have come to the conclusion that I am an endo-mesomorph.
According to most ,this could be a good thing . I t makes since to me considering the fact that i have been working solid for the past 12 weeks and making impressive...
"painfully well" I hear you on that! The girls I work with are always laughing at me, b/c I am always sore but I love the feeling! It makes me feel more like I am accomplishing something, no pain no gain right?!? Well I have a membership at Spectrum and often work out at one of the ones on Perkins, b/c it's close to my work and if I spend 1.5-2hrs at the gym after work I don't have to sit in traffic :)
