i always had natural strength but i never really pushed myself to see how strong i was, went to the gym one day and the rest was history
Why I Love It:
its a good achievement knowing at the end of the day that your on a good path

life is motivating enough.but goin to the gym knowing im makin my life better is motivation

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
ive fractured my knee cap, yeah i know it was a crazy squating accident.
What abdominal workout has worked best for you?

over head shoulder press on the nautilus machine, the arnolds shoulder workout, i also use free weights

Que pasa? You leaning up or what. Damn I feel like I gained 10lbs. Been kiilling it over here in New Mexico. Got me 325lb Bench press Club base gym t-shirt. LOL funny how it seem people never seen 325 get pressed HA! counting down the days be back in Fl Monday night. take it easy brah! HOLLA!
