How I Started:
My father was & still is a big guy. I use to like the feeling when he would walk into the school & all my classmates mouths would drop. That made me want the same for my kids!! My father had a few weights at home so I started messing around with them here & there. When I turned 23, I stared training with a friend at a gym in my hometown (Wichita Falls, Tx.) & I fell in love with bodybuilding from then on!!!!
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of being above averge!! I never wanted to be a normal guy from the neighborhood!! Bodybuilding makes you stand out from the rest of the pack. I LOVE THE RUSH!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to watch that old classic movie Pumping Iron!! I also like to change my home gym around from time to time to give it a fresh look!!
BB Accomplishments:
As of now, just getting my butt down in the gym from week to week is a major accomplishment!!!!

I've been moving a little slow this past week. I talked to one of my other bodyspace friends and she suggested I re-evaluate my goals and plan out my workouts and meals. I appreciate the support. How are things goin with you?
