Background

When I Started: Jun 2010
HOW I STARTED:

started working out a few months ago after spending time in a drug/ alcohol rehabilitation centre and have really started to get into it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

love the lifestyle of eating and living healthy, working out and even though i ahve only been working out for a few months i can already see positive results. Very satisfying.
