I used to weigh around 240 pound, lost 60 pounds, was content with that now i want to weight train for both health and personal reason
realized that girls like guys with muscle
i also do tae kwon do, so i want to have a lean physique where i don't cower in fear of getting hit with a kick at a tournament
Why I Love It:
clears my head
compliments
endorphins make you feel good on the inside
what else productive can you do?
How I Stay Motivated:
i "try" to envision where i want to be
looking at people on this sight and getting jealous

Well I still get id-ed everywhere I go haha I think working out and taking care of your body can actually make you look younger... because I didn't do that too much in college...Well train hard man!
That's right: what you eat is far more important than cranking out 500 crunches thinking that will make them pop (it won't). It's about body fat percentage as well as training properly...just like any other body part—no more no less.
