How I Started:
I have always been athletic and into sports.I had to take a hiatus from my active lifestyle for several months, due to medical reasons, now that that's behind me, I am ready to get back into shape, but this time I want to really focus on sculpting my desired shape.
Why I Love It:
Working out increases my enrgy and my confidence and really reduces stress, with the added bonus of looking hot for my husband.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husbands compliments, oxygen magazine, and seeing my favorite fit stars (Fergie, Jessica Beal, Ciara, Gabriel Union.
BB Accomplishments:
While in the army, consistently scoring on the extended scale during annual fitness test. (I guess that counts).

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Dancing,outdoor biking, trail runs or playing basketball. These are things I have fun doing so I am more motivated while doing them.

I saw your comment on the Army Strong BodyGroup. I do vary my workouts for PT tests...I lay off the weights a little bit. I find I do tons better when I give myself 48 hrs off prior. :)

11 years all together... 1st couple was reserves. so how many pushups crunches and pullups can ya do? :) sprinting is part of the pt test right?

my sister is in the army. how do you like it? My sister say its the best experience of her life and she says she even gets to spar the boys ! :) THANK YOU for ALL YOU DO for our country. /Salute
