How I Started:
A friend of mine gave me a couple of "Muscle and Fitness" magazines. I bought a few dumbbells and a bench, and i learned the basics of Strenght training. That was about 6 six years ago.
Why I Love It:
Because i feel good about my body shape when i train. I feel more energetic. Feel healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing changes --- Because I need to be in better shape and ready to apply my (future..)knowledge in Kinesiology (starting sept 2008)...and also thanks to all of you who send me positive comments about the pictures that i've been posting.

Hi everyone,
I want to find out, specially from those members who have a really low Body Fat %, how important is a Fat Burner in their supplementation. 1) How often do you take it a year? 2)For how long? What's your favorite brand?
