Fat loss and muscle tone to cut body fat to 10% or less by 8/28/2008
Goal (Long):
I have always had muscle and solid upper body strength and enjoy weight lifting.
I want to cut the fat and keep the muscle.
At this age it is a daily ritual of eating better and working out smarter.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat a lot of what I want for three days a week; never gorging and keeping to unsatuated fats. When training to build muscle; I eat mostly protein, at least 80 grams per day or more and no more than 100 grams of carbs. Morning cardio! LOL! That is a definite help. Do it on an empty stomach and wait 30 min to an hr afterwards before eating. Also, makes sure you're eating no less than 5 small meals a day. I didn't reach ALL my goals this year, but I did manage to lose about 40 lbs. Just by changing eating habits and doing consistent cardio along with what I was already doing in the gym. I'm going for single digit bodyfat this year! Hold me to it! ;-)
