Overall Goal: I would like to lose about 6.5 more pounds of body fat (without losing muscle) which would put me at about 115. From there, I just want to build some awesome looking muscle!
Fit Status:
Had body fat measured today. Lost nearly 2% in 2 months. Yeah!
Motivation Level: 10/10

High School:
When I Started:
Jan, 1996
How I Started:
I was a 155lb freshman in high school and my dad bought me a gym pass to 24 hour fitness. I've worked out ever since, even through my 4 pregnancies in the last 6 years.
Why I Love It:
It gives me the time away for myself every day which makes me a better person. When you feel good about yourself, you are better in all aspects of your life. I'm a better mother and wife because of it. (and looking good has it's benefits)
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep track of my progress. I just started weights 2 months ago but I'm already seeing great results. I was a cardio addict before but this is so much better!
BB Accomplishments:
I guess I really don't have any yet. My body fat is a lot lower than it used to be!

Goal (Long):
After giving birth to 4 children in the past 6 years, I'm finally ready to get totally fit again. It seemed that after each child I would just have time to get the weight off and start getting toned when I would be pregnant again. Also, breast feeding puts a limit on the supplements I can do. I will be done nursing my 7 month old in 5 months so for now, I am only doing protein. As of right now, I am a size 4/5 and people often say I do not look like I have had children. That is without any help from my genes as all the women on my mother's side of the family are obese. I go to the gym 2 hours a day (that is all the day care there allows) and do about 45 mins. of cardio after lifting (4 day split) for an hour and 15 mins. I would love to compete maybe some time next year. I seperated from the military in July and I needed a goal so I would not go crazy. My husband is a pilot and will hardly be home the next year. I love working out and eating clean. I would like to melt about 10lbs off of my 125lb (121.5lb today!) frame and gain 5lbs back in lean muscle. Then it is just a matter of sculpting! Should be easy, right? ;)

I want to LOSE 6 lb

It was fun! Wife's 40th B-day was Saturday, so we BBQ'd for her and had a blast. Then we just sat around the house and chilled yesterday. But, with all good things, there must come a downside. I had to go back to work!!!! Did arms, abs and cardio though!! How is ur day going?
Awesome!! Yeah, u look like ur training is doing great for u. Keep it up and have faith in urself!!! Yeah, I am in commo with the Army. My dad was in the AF for 30 yrs, so I have nothing but love for ya'll!! What ya got to work on tomorrow?
I wouldn't say that. I have been doing this for about eight months and I have only managed to get this far. It really all depends on our bodies. It took eight months to get to were I was on March 1st, but I have made some great developments in the past month and a half than I did in the first seven months. Just got to find the program that works for u!! What did u workout today?
