Thanks! Yes, it does feel great. I'm in the best shape of my entire life & lovin' it. Its a whole new lifestyle, a brand new chapter. It seems like every week I notice something new or different.

Dayum, that sounds not so fun. I love the heat but only if I don't have to do anything. When it's been more than a day it gets too much.
