How I Started: In 2003 I decided to add muscle, i used to be really skinny,and with the help of a personal i made a lot of changes, I was hooked for life!.I also loved linda hamilton in the movie terminator when i was 10 years old!!!
Why I Love It: It makes wonders to my body, I love the lifestyle!
How I Stay Motivated: I have to say this website has helped me get more inspired to look like a fitness model, the women in here are gorgeous!
BB Accomplishments: I want to look healthy, I like to inspire young girls to do the same... we only have one body and we have to take care of it!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
i wasn't eating right, or lifting heavy enough.
What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
To eat a balanced diet, and not to be afraid of lifting heavy, and dont quit! ever!

Bad form, or lifting wayyyyyyy to heavy
