may I just say that I got a brazilian wax yesterday (so that when I get down to my goal weight, I can show off my body at the pool :)) andddd it hurt like HELL!!!! but its smooth :)
cardio this morning at 6:30 was not fun, but I got up and did it anyway so I'm proud :)

Hi there I noticed in your "goals" section it was to lose 5 lbs and looking at your weight chart you have accomplished that great work! What is your new goal?
I have been cutting too and not for a competition so I can play with things a little differently, I have been having a re-feed about once every 8-10 days its the only way for me to keep my energy up it seems.
