Need help with that last 5-10 lbs. I eat clean 75% of the time and I do about 10 mins of cardio daily with 1 45 min session on weekend. Also, I lift Pretty heavy 4-5 days a week for about 45 mins. Should I do more cardio, less weights???

Nice bi's. I am doing good. Im happy with my lifting but I would like to add more cardio. is there such a thing as "too much cardio"?

how much cardio do you think is about right if i want to build muscle and lose the gut. im about 22% bodyfat and want to get down to 18%. is it possible in 1 month?

I have been following a high protein, low fat, low carb. I dont see any results and then i lose my motivation. I take noxplode. i just started 7/14/06 and i take lipo 6.

I dont see any weight loss on the scale. I think I look the same. Maybe I should take some pics to compare. I am going to Vegas and dont know if a day of drinking will be SO bad. what do you think.?

Hello everyone. I have been running 5 miles a day 4-5 days a week. That should do it huh?? weights 4-5 days a week too. Most importantly, I stopped drinking my 10-12 daily weekend beers....
