How I Started:
I read Tosca Reno's book...eating clean and I fell in love with this lifestyle. I had a binge eating disorder for years and I finally conquered it with clean eating. Now I can't picture eating any other way. Then I was obsessed with researching the body and how it functions and it just got me into weights and taking care of your body.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I am beginning to look and feel. Oddly, I also like the way my muscles twitch after a work out.....odd.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tosca Reno forum...reading Oxygen magazine...i keep a video blog....Looking at pictures from when i was 160lbs....that does it
BB Accomplishments:
I used to be 160lbs and i lost 25lbs with cardio and now I want to tone and add muscle and strength.
i am so happy i started working out....in this pic i have NOOO definition...just a blob and i look like im about to do a ghetto booty dance......thank you gym
Progress? The last pic is when i gained some weight back but THIS pic is 3 lbs less and more weight training

yea a good gym is always a kick start. me I'm training about 5 days a week I'm gonna do a bit more light cardio to rip up more. u doing both cardio and weights? if u traveled over this way i cud give u a personal training sesh! first one is always free ha ha
Hello beautiful its been awhile though talkin with ya. Im doing well just preparing myself for my first bodybuilding competition on October the 10th 2009 Just 6 weeks away now . Im pretty nervous though but im working and training hard though to be in the best possible shape i can be though.
