Background

When I Started: Oct 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I have always been very involved in sports, fitness and nutrition. I played volleyball and did cheer for many years. I also have loved weight lifting since I was a freshman in highschool, I just love to push myself to the limit! But I did gain weight when I was pregnant with my twin boys and am finally back down, it took 9 months for me to gain the weight but only 6 months to lose it. I am very ambitious and love a challenge!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love a challenge and I love challenging myself. I love to do something I never think I could have done. I love feeling fit, and I love looking fit.

Lately I have been running 45-60 min at least 6 times a week, then doing my weights. I have been trying to go HIIT while on the treadmill and running about a 7min mile. But lately I am starting to see that my legs are getting big! Any suggestions would be nice! Maybe I need to cut back on the running? or the intensity?

Transformation of the week!

So this time last year I was over weight and feeling like my body was never going to look good again!  I was going to the gym, but really wasn't investing much time and dedication in my weightloss, thinking in my head that "I cant do this, its too hard, even if I did put all the time in it, it just wont happen for me."  After I finally got over all the negitive thoughts in my head and replaced the negative with positive I started seeing improvements.  The first positive thought was, well if I do put all this hard work in, and dont look great, at least I will be heathie...

So, I have been working out with a trainer now for just about 10 weeks, and I am pretty sure I am ready to do this myself.  I push myself, I know everything I need to do, so I think its that time to stop working with her. But I would like to get some feedback from you all...  So...  My workout routine is this:  monday wednesdays and fridays I do 45 minutes of running, which is a little more then 5 miles, then I do abs, then I do legs.  Tuesday and Thursday I do the same run, abs, but I work out Arms Back and shoulders.  Saturdays I do Cardio only. So, I have had this site for quite a while, maybe 2 years, maybe more.  I havent really used it to its full extent, so I decided that I will try to use it more so I can meet more people and learn what they are doing to trasform their bodys.   A little about me, lets see I have 5 month old twin boys.  I was very active before having my boys.  I modeled and was very fit.  Once I got pregnant I became a slob.  It was no good!  I thought of pregnancy of my free ride to not go to the gym.  Which is not a good idea.  I got up to 210lbs while pregnant...
