How I Started: Thats a funny questions to me. I guess I just wanted to be more healthy. I noticed that I was overweight, weighing about 165lbs. I have now lost 20lbs and still going, hopefully. But I am really looking to build muscle as well.

UPDATE!
Well, I recently had twin boys and I am now trying to lose the weight I gained from that. So I have about 30lbs to lose. Any advice is really appreciated!
Why I Love It: I feel healthy and fit. I love having a toned body and wearing cute clothes. My body is a temple and I want to make sure I take care of it!
How I Stay Motivated: I model part time. I know I wont get any jobs unless I work out. PLUS... I like it! I also love the transformation!

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): OKAY! Its now time for me to start craming for the NASM test... anyone out there have any imput, let me know!
Goal (Long): My goal right now is to drop my body fat to 12%, which I know is hard to do! I have been keeping to my diet and working out 5-6 times a week. I really would like to someday, SOMEDAY compete in a competition! We will see though! I just want to continue pushing my body to its limits. lose this last bit of body fat and really start building some definition!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

So, I have been working out with a trainer now for just about 10 weeks, and I am pretty sure I am ready to do this myself.  I push myself, I know everything I need to do, so I think its that time to stop working with her.

Working hard! I'm exactly one month out from the NGA comp here in Utah. Then the NPC comp is 10/11. Wish my lats would respond a little better, but oh-well. Next year I guess. I'll just keep working at it! What's new with you? Love the picture BTW!
