I have always been very involved in sports, fitness and nutrition. I played volleyball and did cheer for many years. I also have loved weight lifting since I was a freshman in highschool, I just love to push myself to the limit! But I did gain weight when I was pregnant with my twin boys and am finally back down, it took 9 months for me to gain the weight but only 6 months to lose it. I am very ambitious and love a challenge!
Why I Love It:
I love a challenge and I love challenging myself. I love to do something I never think I could have done. I love feeling fit, and I love looking fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I do some modeling so that helps, but honestly, I think the biggest motivation are the people I surround myself with.
BB Accomplishments:
I would love to one day put soemthing here, but until then, nothing

Goal (Long):
My goal right now is to drop my body fat to 12%, which I know is hard to do! I have been keeping to my diet and working out 5-6 times a week. I really would like to someday, SOMEDAY compete in a competition! We will see though! I just want to continue pushing my body to its limits. lose this last bit of body fat and really start building some definition!
ohh right now I am doing 12-15 reps per set, trying to build up more strenth. I will usually do 3 sets sometimes for. I do a lot of supersets as well

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
45 seconds but that all depends on what I just did. Sometimes longer

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
oh my, I dont really know. I like a ton of different bodies, I just feel like you can only push your body to look the way your body is going to look. Every one has a different shape to them, and to look at someone else and wish for their body is just ridiculous. I just push myself to look the best MY BODY will lookoh my, I dont really know. From what I can see, whatever your doing is working great. I'm getting back into the gym today after rehabbing a neck/shoulder nerve injury for the last 2 1/2 weeks.
