How I Started:	Basically I wanted to look like the wrestlers on T.V., haha... Rock Hard and athletic. I always played basketball but I hated the body type

Main Goal:	Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):	I want to gain 35lbs of muscle(245-260lbs.)
Goal (Long):	I have always been a tall skinny kid since I can remember. I just recently started gaining about 2 1/2 yrs ago after I did a lot of research and started practicing different techniques and meal plans. I gradually started putting on muscle and gaining strength and moved up from 163lbs. as of Jan. 2003 to 226lbs. right now of March 2007. I would like to increase that to about 245-260lbs. I still want to keep my bodyfat around 9-11% though so that I can have a noticeable siz pack.
Weight Goal:	I want to GAIN 35 lb
