I have always been a tall skinny kid since I can remember. I just recently started gaining about 2 1/2 yrs ago after I did a lot of research and started practicing different techniques and meal plans. I gradually started putting on muscle and gaining strength and moved up from 163lbs. as of Jan. 2003 to 226lbs. right now of March 2007. I would like to increase that to about 245-260lbs. I still want to keep my bodyfat around 9-11% though so that I can have a noticeable siz pack.
so i haven't been on here ALL summer. starting today i'm going to get back into fitness mode. just wait, by my birthday i will be where i want to be =]

I have my eye on a contest in June and 2 in the late summer. Right now I'm cutting. Looking okay...but you know how we do it....never satisfied. I look in the mirror and feel like shit some time. But others say different.
marvmarcel, you don't need any tips from me or anyone else. Your progress have been phenomenol over the last couple of years. You should be giving the rest of us tips. Are you competing this year?

i tell you what 35lbs of muscle will take some time and you may feel a little sluggish.Im about 245lbs now and i feel heavy.i have to get some new pics up good work though
