started working out for football strength, then university came and the football team there sucked, so got into mass building, and then into training my buddies, training others. THen decided I loved it so much I got certified and its now my career. extremely rewarding!
Why I Love It:
The feeling. I love waking up, well rested, feeling great, and nothing beats looking in the mirror at yourself and knowing that you are doing something and making progress. I also love training others, and seeing them become happy with themselves. Beating the log book makes me smile. and getting excited knowing that after a GREAT workout... I have to beat it again!
How I Stay Motivated:
day to day progess. looking and watching idols lift. Having those who are positive, motivated, and driven around m
BB Accomplishments:
going from 155 to 250...my greatest accomplishment...and losing weight gracefully

Yeah I've drove by it a few times but haven't stopped in yet. I usually get my supps at Popeye's or online. I've seen you at Peak. You're a trainer there right?

Sorry the the late reply i havent been checking my messages recently.
Am doing good since we last talked ive lost over 10 pounds, so must be doing ok somehow.
Diet is going ok but finding cardio a bit difficult, thinking about changing my workout split again.
