Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It's where the equipment is. Times of day are important. It can be pretty busy at times. Most of the cons are the people who may be there. Too much BS and not enough working. But, that's with any gym.

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
It has made me remain focused in many non-health areas as well as letting me know I will probably live longer than some. BONUS!

Do you have a significant other?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
I feel guilty sometimes because I spend time at the gym. The benefits are I'll be around to keep bothering her for a long time.
I was looking at my last post and realized I've not said anything for a while. Well, I made the fitness certification pay off and now work as a certified trainer. It's rewarding!!!!!!!! Most of the folks I get to work with are first-timers and I conduct initial fitness consultations....
Heck, summer hit here in Oregon this past weekend :) Glad to hear you're working as a trainer. Us 40+ folks need trainers of our own generation ... as my own experience has shown. Hotel gyms are the pits!! Hope you have a good flight out and back.
you work with Special O individuals? awesome
so when do you find my time to go to the gym.
