Background

When I Started: Aug 2010
HOW I STARTED:

In the 1st decade of 21st century, gradually gained 20+kilos (40+ pounds). Great achievement :-) Fed up with the way I've feel and looked decided to a) loose fat b) parallel and afterwards gain muscle
