I want to compete in a natural bodybuilder competition.
Goal (Long):
I have been dieting and working out "off and on" for about 15 months. I dropped from 215 pounds to 175 pounds in the first 6 months....I felt great and really started to look good! I have found some of those lost pounds and weigh 205 again. It's time to shed the fat and get down to about 160 pounds. I would like to compete as a natural amateur and win!
I missed the gym all of last week. Injury and Christmas put things on hold. Fortunately, my metabolism has finally started to 'rev', so I didn't pack on a lot of weight!
Back to the gym this week with cardio and weightlifting. Also, back to eating healthy... Work-out came late for...
sorry about that, I have got the same problem from other people.
here you go
