Background

When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

In the past I use to be soccer player, now I play soccer mostly for fun with friends, not as competitive like in the past. Besides that, I like to go the gym at leash 3 times per week.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Physical training brings health to your life, I think this is me most important benefit you can get if you are a dedicated person, that's for sure. Also, I like to be competitive, so I do my 100% in order to win in whatever activity I'm involved.

I like to go to the gym at least 3 times per week. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

As lean as possible

I try to eat lean meat and low sugar fruits everyday. I also suggest oatmeal and low calories food such as cottage cheese.

Whey isolate protein -My favorites are: AST VP2 and ON Standard Whey-, Modern BCAA and Con Cret Creatine.

8:00 am: rolled oats + VP2 Whey Protein shake


11:00 am: chicken breast with brown rice and broccoli.


2:00 pm: Tilapia + green salad + potato


5:00 pm: Wellness Pro meal replacement shake


8:00 pm: beef and veggies


Besides the food I drank 3 liters of water.

8:00 am: rolled oats + ASP VP2 Protein shake


11:00 am: pasta with tuna, plus tomatoes, onion, parsley. Black pepper and garlic powder as condiments.


2:00 pm: Beef with brown rice and zuchinni.


5:00 pm: Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, parsley and carrot


8:00 pm: Wellness Pro Meal Replacement shake


Besides the food, I drank 2 liters of water.
