Yeah, I haven't figured all this out yet either. I guess I am looking for a regular joe diet to lose weight and maintain body weight. Everything I see in FLEX is bodybuilder type diets although the basics of multiple meals always applies I just trying to find a base line of calories, fat, carb intake per pound of bodyweight or something I can follow like that.
