Been lifting since Track and Wrestling in Highschool ... after 12 years of living *real* lean I decided I would rather have that *inevitable* padding in my CHEST rather than my GUT!

Long-distance runner starting bulking...only the right chest tatoo is the same, well, a little faded now ...
This is on-stage during my 90-seconds routine, taken by a friend down in the 5th row!
THE FOLLOWING WORKOUT TO COINCIDE
WITH AN 18-HOUR DIET:
(6 meals every 3 hours at 50grams [300gm total] protein EACH = 18
hours...0600, 0900, 1200, 1500, 1800 & 2100)
--------------------------------- --------------------------
5-1/2 Split: 2 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 1...
Motivation is definitely here to stay...Thank you for the compliment on my profile. Loving your goals. It is important to stay in peak performance all around :). Looking good.
I fill myself up with so much protein I have little room for carbs left, so with a total caloric intake of over 50% (almost 400 grams = 1600 calories) I don't even count the carbs and fats, I just know it's under 1600 total because the volume is less - my damn stomach is always full! Maybe it's too simplistic, but it keeps my bodyfat between 6-8% year round, the protein digestion itself consumes so many calories during the metabolic process (over 20%) I burn off any impact carbs!
hey man. today is my second week or sycle of the exersice program that i started last week. today i consumed around 300g of protein and i bench pressed 5 sets 5 reps of 150. it was way tuff for me. but atleased i did it.i did the 2 grip long bar row of 150 lb 5 reps 5 sets so i feel pretty good, i have 12% bf so i'm doing good. thanks man.
thanks so much for that advice, that is really going to help me out alot. thats been one of my biggest concerns, now i will beable to mark progress better and set more realistic goals, thanks for your input, thats what i was looking for. thanks man have a good one.

Thank you for your visit and for leaving such a great (and much too kind) message. I will continue to do my best to “preach” fitness and to motivate folks of all ages and abilities to dip into the Fountain of Youth (and Health) at their local gym.
I would like to look like a trackstar. I recently started running to lose bf. Mine is 23.4% I think I lost alot of muscle in my legs and butt so. I'm trying to get there.
Oh hell no ha I'm trying everyday not to freak out! This is all a learning experience for me! But eff, I hope I win, I'm a perfectionist like that =0) Your shoulders and arms look awesome!
Thanks for the post! (and the scolding). You're right- bad Kim. I did do standing lunges w/ weights this morning- will definitely add walking lunges next leg day, and no more fries and cheats- got it.
