WITH AN 18-HOUR DIET:
(6 meals every 3 hours at 50grams [300gm total] protein EACH = 18
hours...0600, 0900, 1200, 1500, 1800 & 2100)

You have to come around and see me more often! I had a Marine avi up a little while ago. It was a Marine Bodyspace friend who made the first request for a pic (which I was happy and PROUD to accomodate). You can guess what happened from there... Hope your training is going really well. Mine has been CRAZY good. I don't exactly know why but I have been so strong/energetic lately. I am taking advantage of it and really putting in extra effort. Happy Halloween!!
