THE FOLLOWING WORKOUT TO COINCIDE
WITH AN 18-HOUR DIET:
(6 meals every 3 hours at 50grams [300gm total] protein EACH = 18
hours...0600, 0900, 1200, 1500, 1800 & 2100)

I'm gonna try to do my best and keep my head up. I'm glad you see potential. I've been able to drop some pounds but I wanna start building sexy muscle as well, hopefully post some progress pics in the next few weeks. Lookin good!

Looks great! My boyfriend is deployed right now and he's planning on doing a competetion while over there. I can't wait to see what he looks like when he gets back! I miss him so much! And am working on getting my body lean so when he comes back I can start dieting down for a comp!
excuse me, but how many days straight would you say lift weights. and on day when your not lifting, could you still do push ups and pull up and tri cep dips?
I haven't picked a date yet. My boyfriend who is also training me is deployed, so we will pick a show when he gets back. In the meantime, I am just trying to lean out some...I don't really want to do bodybuilding...but I know that I am pretty "round" for figure right now...
