Mon-Lower Body, Some arms
Teus-Abs, calves, some explosive work (cleans, dumbbell snatches, etc)
Wed-Upper Body(Chest, Shoulders, Back)
Thurs-Off
Fri-Lower Body, Some arms
Sat-Off
Sun-Abs
Mon-Upper Body ***I start with Upper Body since i alternate Mon, Wed, Fri, with Upper Body and Lower Body

Multi-vitamin, fish oil, glucosamine, vitamin c, BCAA's, Superpump, Supersaponins, and Whey protein of course.
I've been using Superpump for years now and love it.
Just started using BCAA's consistantly a couple months ago.
Supersaponins is a test and GH booster i'm tryin out right now. It has a tribulus extract and one other herbal ingrediant in it also.
