Goal (Long):
Long term would be to gain 20LBS of muscle and lose around 15 of fat. Also I want to bench 4 plates on each side = 405LBS. Squat 500LBS. Clean and Jerk over 300. Dead Lift 525LBS.

I want to GAIN 20 lb
