I started lifting consistently a few years ago, but made no consistent gains. Not understanding thermodynamics in the least, I could not comprehend that I needed to feed my 130lb (cross-country runner) body MORE calories than I expended in order to gain. Two years later, I now weigh 174 lbs at the same BF%. Despite making successful gains thus far, I am still intent of furthering myself in the perpetual art we call 'Bodybuilding'.
Why I Love It:
At the end of the day you feel your best. You know that you gave your all, and next time around, you'll do even better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've got a lifting buddy, and we always help each other stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Just getting leaner and stronger. Reaching 170 lbs.

I want to cleanly bulk up to 200 lbs, while increasing my strength as much as possible. I will then proceed to cut back to 180~185 lbs, depending on what my body fat level is after I reach 200 lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
