285lbs- Size 20US. Rather than scaring you with another 'seminaked' pic hehe... this is a recent pic out with normal sized friends. I don't feel so massive anymore. My shoulders are quite solid and large. Yeah my boobs are huge too! I am still big but don't feel so abnormal.

1. I'm well- healthy again! No more flu after a month sick! And I'm back in the gym and having fun with it. I actuall really enjoy going to the gym. I've noticed that its helping me release the built up stress from work/ life. I look forward to going back each day, to planning my workouts etc......

I just dropped by to wish you continued success. My wife and I both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We feel that you can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program.
