How I Started:
I've tried working out over the years, but I haven't stuck with it. 7/30/2007 I will began a new chapter in my life. I hope to land on the road of health and nutrition.
Why I Love It:
I've always loved to run outside. Running outside gives me a sense of peace.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband. He is a terrific man and I'm lucky to have him in my life. He is able to see things in me that I sometimes can't.

I hear you, sounds like your plate is full. Have you tried working out in the morning when you first get up. I have more energy in the morning, and it gives me energy through out the day. Congrats on ur weight loss

Those are pics from a couple of years ago. Since then we have both gained weight. I've gained about 20lbs and she's gained about 40lbs. We are trying to get back into the swing of things. How are things coming with you
