I don't eat fast food or eat out at restaurants any longer. I prepare my own meals, and hardly fry, and if I doI use extra virgin olive oil.

daily multi-vitamin
drink 3-5 cups of organic green tea
2 teaspoons of organic braggs apple cider vinegar (with water) 3 times a day
I take Plant protein because my stomach nor my skin can take the whey protein.

First and foremost, The Lord gives me my strength to stay dedicated to my regimen & my diet. Secondly, My Father. He died on 8/6/11, but I know he's watching over me and loves seeing me pursue a fitness lifestyle.
