The Pottruck Gym
Gym Location:

When I Started:
May, 2007
How I Started:
I started back in 1998 when i stared school.. there was nothing to do besides classwork so i tried the gym... I remember after my first month of exercise, I saw results and I never wanted to stop. Being skinny and gaining the muscle i did motivated me in every other area of my life, too... I came home and lost the zeal for it, but thanks to my bro Chumbanga, I have it back and i want to be better than I was before, so here i come!!
Why I Love It:
Because its always challenging to get tot the next goal and I NEVER get bored doing it.. I'm in another world when I exercise and I love that world while I'm in it.
How I Stay Motivated:
My brother, Chumbanga keeps me motivated.. I'm proud of how far he's come and he always gives me advice if i need it...
BB Accomplishments:
To have muscular definition and overall strength, and weigh between 185lb to possibly 200lb..
To lose at least 2 pounds per week, and improve my cardio..
Goal (Long):
Right now I weigh about 192, I've lost 10 pounds so far, but I want to get down to 185 and cut by bodyfat down which is about 14%...
hopefully, I will accomplish this goal in the next 8 weeks...
man oh man, you talk about having the best trainer partner in the world.. nothing like having your own bro push you to the next level... my bro has been training great for a long while, and he could get anyone of any size or condition in great shape regardless of age, disability and/or goals.....
Aye, I feel you man, trying bulking up. It's a lot tougher than it look for me.. LOL. Increase your cardio and light weight sir and you should be good..
Glad to hear the routine is working for you! Honestly man I don't have an ab routine, if I did I would share, lol. Just cardio & dieting & a few crunches here & there!

What's up bro! Lookin great dude! Been awhile..As far as leanin up goes..keep the diet in check, high protein, mod carb, low fat and you'll be all good. Hit that cardio up everyday and you be cut like a diamond in no time!
how do u handle school and working out??..i guess the same way i handle life and working out...the gym is a great stress releaser......and i see the gym is treating you well...keep up the good work....
Man, I've been alright. Just taking things nice and slowly like you said. Of course I wish I could do it faster, but that would probably just scare me eventually. He he, you sure you going to just chill at 185? Is the youngster still getting on your nerves?
I really don't have an abs routine, I just do whatever I feel like that day. I normally do abs 2 or 3 times per week. It's more about dieting & cardio for abs though.
My supps are listed on my page! I don't like powder creatines, they give you alot of water weight. I eat really clean year round to stay lean. If you flip through thoe magazines every other page is advertising some supplement. Just stick to the basic, protein, creatine & multi-vitmain. I also take fish oil pills for a good source of fat when I remember.
