Goal (Long):
I am on a bulking cycle that will take me through the spring. Doing 2 cycles of HST at 3 x week. Ran a long race this summer and got pretty lean, but lost a lot of muscle mass too. Goal is to bulk up but keep BF low as possible and then cut for summer. I'd like to put about 1/2 inch on my arms and calves (two of my weak points), and an inch on my chest and 1/2 inch on my thighs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb

10%

This week was the wrap-up for my HST 7 rep set, and I was pleased with how it went. I had some other issues I was focused on and afraid I might be distracted going into the gym, but I was really focused and for the most part had two great workouts. Here was my routine for the last three weeks....
Lookin good man. Good luck with your cut! It doesn't look like you need to cut much tho. Are you going to go for a hard core bulk after your 12 week cut?
Yeah late in the evening is tough on everyone. My kids have popcorn all the time when they watch TV so its tempting to eat the entire bag. I've started eating almonds at night because the crunch is great. Getting them lightly salted helps me fight cravings. A protein shake or drink and almonds or yogurt at night could work for you too!
I read your blog and left a comment there. I just noticed you left one on mine. I didn't know how to see if anyone had read it so sorry for not responding. Keep up the great work! CV
Hey I'm trying to find a way to make a healthy pizza because I crave one every day. My knee injury is hear to stay so that is why I must be careful doing legs but it's also a reason I must keep my leg muscles strong. So a little balancing act. Keep at it and I will follow your progress. I will post more progress pics soon. Take care, Chuck
