How I Started:
I started working out in preparation for high school football. I was skinny and I needed to bulk up to play linebacker.
Why I Love It:
Lifting heavy weights allows me to change my focus and find inner peace.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the profiles on BB.com while envisioning how I would like to look. I know that skipping session in my basement gym will not get me closer to my ultimate goal.

I am trying to get my rowing numbers to catch up with my benching numbers. I worked the beach muscles for too long all the while not understanding you should pull at least as much as you press. That is why my chest and back have such little muscle.

Its super hard for me to gain the muscle size the judges are looking for. I am more ecdomorph than mesomorph so I am not sure what to do.
