I started lifting in high school when I was on the soccer team..when High school ended so did the training...I didnt start lifting again til I joined the ARMY...I was in the best shape I felt I had ever been in, then the training stop again when I got Pregnant and had my son...I haven't been consistent with working out since then.
Why I Love It:
I feel invincible when I'm lifting or running. Running helps me escape all the bull crap surrounding...I feel free..I LOVE IT!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I can look and feel better....

Goal (Long):
My whole journey to being a healthy and fit bod has been long and sometimes painful....A huge rollercoaster ride. Its now reach the point where I had to give my self a good kick in the ass cause I've been proscrinating ever since my son was born.
These are very important things I wish to achieve
1. Complete 75 pushups in 2min
2. Run 2 miles in 15:00***Knee has postponed this goal
3. Build some shape to my ass
4. Build my upper body strength

Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 60 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

lol,i use to be like that,so you not alone,just think about eatin to gain muscle and burn fat,i use to be at the point where i use to force food down,but i cut that crap out cuz it didnt make sense to Force something that i will reject,thats my opinion
sup kiki?... just saw your blog post. hey biking a good way to get your cardio. so kudos to you on that. looks like you're on the right track with eating clean. i know it's tough, i have a hard time, but it helps a lot. good luck with your goals! stay with it!

Hi Kiki, that's good to know that your leg is getting better. I haven't lifted since tuesday - I just needed some rest. But, I have been doing my cardio like a good girl! I'll be hitting the weights tomorrow and, I can hardly wait! Have a Fabulous weekend.
No Prob. And although you can't run or do much cardio - keep your diet clean and get your upper body workouts in so that you keep on track! I'll check back in with you in a couple days to see how you're knee is feeling. Get better soon!
Hi Kiki! I see that you're in "Beast Mode"....you're so crazy! *lol* I know that you're super enthusiastic right now but Honey, please take it slow! Let your entire body (muscles, joints, and tendons) get stronger before you push it too hard. I'm just lookin out for you!

I'll tell ya what....rather than trying to squeeze all of this information into a tiny box, I'll post a new entry in My Blog for you. Keep in mind I can't tell you what to eat but, I'll give you a simple example of my old diet looked like (that had carbs). :)
