Be grateful for your help mate. Youre a simalar height to me and exactley how i would want to be.Ive bin training 3 times a week 2 lots of 24 set workouts and 1 20, ive noticed on the 24s im in the gym for about an hour and 15 mins with no cardio so im worried about overtraining? In the next couple of weeks im starting a 4 day split, what split would you recommend and how many sets should i do per workout?

I REALLY want good abs. I think they make a LOT of difference to how you look. I mean, of course all progress makes a difference, but a flat tum and abs is very attractive. Obviously I don't want abs like yours I just want definition. Do you do modelling?
Thanks for the encouragement! It's kinda scary and hard starting out and people keep saying nothing's going to work cos apparently I haven't developed yet. But I'm excited and hopefully one day I'll look as good as some of the women on here! And how did you get those abs?!
