Last time I was deployed I worked out almost everday and it felt great.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I love the feeling of walking into the gym, pushing myself to my very limits, and being able to see the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listining to music I would say is my number one motivation. Being in the military I am away from home alot, so working out and listing to music helps the time pass.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 50lbs in muscle last deployment. I pushed my bench up to 305lbs for my 1rm, and I just got my fitness trainer cert in 2009, so I am really excited about being able to help others to better them selfs.

I am 175lbs righ now and am getting ready to deploy. I am hoping to get up to 210lbs by the time i get back next April.
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been skinny. I really am looking foward to gaining the weight and building in mass so as that it will help me to achive my goals, and to help me in my career as a personal trainer.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb
