To stay motivated and keep training hard and follow my training program. Eventually i want to compete in Fitness/Bikini model competitions or in figure.
My goal is to keep sculpting my body and improving my health as close to perfection as possible. I want to inspire others into being as gung-ho about physical fitness as I am!
