Started taking: Mar 1, 2012
Reason for taking: Strength, recovery, hydration, pH balance, blood-flow, gets my cells popping and is stimulant free. Opus has everything my muscles need to build and work hard.

I hadn't started yet, I took a month off from training to rest up and heal a little. Now it is almost like starting over. I will follow the advice though when I do start and keep you abreast of the result. Thanks Again
