I was bored out at sea on a 10 month deployment so I decided to put down the junk food and pick up the weights.
Why I Love It:
Feeling fit, young and healthy.

By competing against that person I see in the mirror everyday - myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Jun 2 2008 - Hydrostatically tested and at 5.6% bodyfat! I was shooting for 7%, but I'll take 5% anyday for the Summer!

Damn, congrats on the run time! (I'm a firm believer that's why God invented golf carts;) On the elliptical, I finally nailed my first Outstanding a few weeks ago. I was out in Bremerton last week - sucked to leave when you guys were finally getting awesome weather.
