What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
While I put my gloves on, I humbly get down on one knee, and say a prayer and thanks for being blessed to stay healthy and to give it my all during my workouts. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Simple - a CLEAN diet! To me, that means zero to barely any saturated fat and little to no sugar (HCFS especially!). Damn, congrats on the run time! (I'm a firm believer that's why God invented golf carts;) On the elliptical, I finally nailed my first Outstanding a few weeks ago. I was out in Bremerton last week - sucked to leave when you guys were finally getting awesome weather.
