What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I want my own body not someone elses. But if i had to pick Michael Strahan. Defensive End for the NYG.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Herniated Disk, doing Heavy Sqauts and deadlifts. Then trying to do squat jumps, because our training coach had it on the program. Not a good idea for Lineman.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Ignorance, they just don't know proper technique or don't know how dangerous things can be.
