gyms are always too packed and expensive.More motivation when i train at home but have to use free weights the hole time so no machines

Cheers budy, tanx for the advice on the tattoo, I agree fully wit ya bout it being andy lee's tattoo and I shudn't get dat one exactly, but I'm gonna make quite a few changes to it to make it look unique and hopefully it shud look gud, tanx for the advice, best of luck with gaining the muscle
