What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Bench Press - Because of how easy it is to pin yourself if you're trying to get that extra rep. You're just in a vulnerable position unless you have a special bar to prevent pins from happening.

don't see how this could be accurate, used a formula that basically just goes by your height, weight, and waist size. how accurate can that be?
