Was always heavy as a kid, and as an adult, I was finally tired of lookin in the mirror and not liking what I saw, especially since I know that I can do somethin about it. Just takes time.

yo thanks for finding me, just a thought id like to pass on.. why wait till 140 before you gain muscle? why not use the extra 20 pounds you got to your advantage and view it like u were bulking? dont forget that muscle weights alot more then fat too, and personally I think you should weigh alot more then 140 at your hight anyways, congrats tho on your progress over the past years..
