Was always heavy as a kid, and as an adult, I was finally tired of lookin in the mirror and not liking what I saw, especially since I know that I can do somethin about it. Just takes time.
Why I Love It:
Gives me something to look forward to, and knowing the future results.

If you want abs then stop doing crunches. Yep you heard me ;) Start doing heavy squats and deadlifts and flex your core very hard when you're lifting those. Also 70% is you diet so drop the cals down into the 2000/day range and find a point where youi lose 1-2lbs/wk. You'll have a 6 pack in no time bud.
