Was always heavy as a kid, and as an adult, I was finally tired of lookin in the mirror and not liking what I saw, especially since I know that I can do somethin about it. Just takes time.

Lookin at, and talking to the people here on BB.com. When you see that other people are reaching their goals, it inspires me to do the same.

If you want abs then stop doing crunches. Yep you heard me ;)
Start doing heavy squats and deadlifts and flex your core very hard when you're lifting those. Also 70% is you diet so drop the cals down into the 2000/day range and find a point where youi lose 1-2lbs/wk. You'll have a 6 pack in no time bud.
