How I Started:
Mom and Dad bought a DP home gym. I used it more than they did! Working out has been in my life for over 20 years. If I only could stay consistent for the next 20!
Why I Love It:

Goal (Long):
To be a brother to all people, and to be happy with life's trials and tribulations! To Improvise, Adapt, Overcome And Kick Butt! With the help of God of coarse!
Weight training 1.5 hours 3 days a week, short rest in-between sets, no rest between exercises, push pull, upper & lower body on the same day. Cardio 3 days a week, opposite weight training days. Martial arts 2 days, some times 3 days a week, 1 hour to 1.5 hours, same day as cardio....
