Bought a barbell and dumbbell to get into shape for summer. Got sick of being the skinny, lanky kid.
Why I Love It:
Great stress relief and it's an hour or so everyday that I don't have to think about anything else!
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about the progress I've made so far and about the progress I want to make. Thinking about raging on all the people that piss me off helps too.

hahaha, i hear ya man, i was eating everything, and i got the belly too lol, i cant do it clean tho i love food too much! now im doing keto and loving it tho! i wanna get to 6% bf so dam bad! dude u keep eating like that and u will def grow!!!!

whats up bro? i bulked up and then cut. when i bulked i didnt do it very clean tho. and i didnt count cals, its way better if u do, but i went off of looks (fat/muscle gain) strength and overall feeling of it. let me know what u roll with but a good rule of thumb is 500 over ur maint. cals man
