I am REALLY looking forward to the next six weeks! My abs are kinda out of shape, BUT I think that my diet is going to help me resolve a lot of those issues.

Completely relaxed, I'm just starting out with my new training and dieting schedule. I'm on a six week program with M&F, so stay tuned to see how this progresses.

I just got back from the gym and really pushed myself until I almost couldn't walk out of the place! I'm actually pretty happy with my quads...but I have to keep pushing until the upper quads get leaner.

I'm really happy with this shot because you can definitely see that I'm getting lean! Got 5 weeks to go before the show and I think I can still pull some decent change in these last 4 weeks of hardcore dieting and training.

This is about 15 days out...considering where I started, I can only feel excited and amazed at how far I've pushed myself up to this point...I can't wait to get on that stage!
