When I was in Highschool, there was this one kid that everyone always talked about. To be a teenager, this guy had an amazing body. So when I decided to go to college, I thought to myself that I wanted to be that type of person, the type that people talk about.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of pushing myself beyond my limits in order to try to achieve something new, something better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been having a hard time staying motivated. I work long hours and sometimes all I want to do is go home. As of late, my sister has been doing an amazing job of changing her body, that is my new motivation AND I surf to BodySpace during my lunch break to see some of the pics and remind myself that I can achieve that, too.
BB Accomplishments:
I placed in the top 10% of all entries in the Muscle and Fitness Rock Hard Challenge in 2004. The coolest thing about it was that I got a hand written card thanking me for my participation...BOOYAH!

Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
2.5%
Upcoming Contest:
2010 ABA Illinois State Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships
This protein works better for me in particular because it's easier for me to use it as a meal replacement. I don't like casein because it seems to get really frothy.
I did two types of diet: High carb day, then low carb day. Here's how it panned out:
Day 1: High Carb
Day 2: Low Carb
Day 3: Low Carb
Day 4: High Carb
Day 5: Restart from day 1
My HC days looked like this:
Meal 1 (when I first wake up)
2 scoops whey protein
I won my class but the overall went to the middle weight. I have to say he was a great competitor and I was compared to him so I just wasn't what the judges were looking for. Now its back to putting muscle on so that never happens again. Thank you.
THANKS FOR the heads up and NO this is not my site! i emailed that guy about 30 times with no response, about to get a lawyer for it, hes selling products on my body, its BS!!! thanks alot bro!

I'll keep you posted. I plan to have progress pics up at the end of it. Although i did break my camera last weekend at the belmont stakes, so i'll have to get a new one. hows your training going?
