When I was in Highschool, there was this one kid that everyone always talked about. To be a teenager, this guy had an amazing body. So when I decided to go to college, I thought to myself that I wanted to be that type of person, the type that people talk about.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of pushing myself beyond my limits in order to try to achieve something new, something better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been having a hard time staying motivated. I work long hours and sometimes all I want to do is go home. As of late, my sister has been doing an amazing job of changing her body, that is my new motivation AND I surf to BodySpace during my lunch break to see some of the pics and remind myself that I can achieve that, too.
BB Accomplishments:
I placed in the top 10% of all entries in the Muscle and Fitness Rock Hard Challenge in 2004. The coolest thing about it was that I got a hand written card thanking me for my participation...BOOYAH!

Completely relaxed, I'm just starting out with my new training and dieting schedule. I'm on a six week program with M&F, so stay tuned to see how this progresses.
Here is a great example of what flattering undies and camera angles can do for a guy! I took this picture maybe 1 day after the pic right before this one!
This protein works better for me in particular because it's easier for me to use it as a meal replacement. I don't like casein because it seems to get really frothy.
Last night I wrote a quick blog about feeling good when I look better than the people around me. So hopefully that didn't come off the wrong way...if it did...then eh...what can you do? But seriously - every time i start flexing in the mirror and thinking about how great I'm starting to look -...
hey man whats up. good to hear ur doing well. im doin alright myself. saw my physical therapist yesterday and was told I need to take a break from press of all types for a short while. i dont wanna end up injured again so im gonna listen. besides that everythings going well.
yeah, i hear ya man. i have been traveling a lot, so my training and diet have suffered bit time. i am moving again this week, so once i get settled in i am planning to join a gym and get back on top of things. lets try to keep each other accountable again. when you planning to get back in the gym?
Well, if that's not one of the nicest comments I ever got. THANKS! Glad I'm getting your butt in the gym. Sometimes when I start thinking of reasons to skip a workout, I look at a few profile on here, then, next thing you know, I'm in the car and on my way! Throw your shirts away! Its our turn! -Ray
many people confuse 'getting' lean with 'maintaining' lean... if you are no lean at all maybe 1000 minutes of cardio would be an attempt to get there, but once you are lean, it doesn't take much, providing that you aren't eating truckloads of crap everyday :)
hi markito :) how are things going? I use my exercise videos like Taebo for cardio and take it at my own pace so I can breathe, if it gets too hard I just slow it down a bit and I just got a new asthma inhaler.
