How I Started:
While in secondary school, I felt really skinny and lanky. This made me feel uncomfortable as I wanted to be big. Since then I have been continously using weights and training with those mainly.
Why I Love It:
Its a great feeling to know that you're looking after yourself positively and the results are there for show. Its also nice to see me with some muscle finally!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing how well others progress is something that motivates me hugely. It makes me think if they can do it, then so can I!
For a long time now, I have always to be bigger than I am. I have always been well toned which isn't something I can complain about. However, I have always felt skinny and like there is not much to me compared to many others. I always wondered why I couldn't put weight on like everyone else, then I realised what the reason was for. Due to my very high metabolism, I could hardly gain any weight. Now that I am starting to use some products to help me gain muscle, I am hoping to see saome changes as it will give me a huge confidence boost and make me feel really good about myself for the first time in my life.
I find this member a huge inspiration. Reason being of the amazing changes he has made from no eating at all to looking great in all of his pictures. I also have issues with eating and its great to know that even though you do have those problems you can eventually always get to where you want to! I hope to be looking as good as he does one day soon!
He inspires me because how he first began is the stage I am currently at. To see him go from skinny to looking that great makes me believe that I can do it too and there aren't many people who make me optimistic!
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
It doesn't bother me really. Its very rare for me to do that.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Usually shorts and a vest. While doing the weight training in particular, I like to see myself while doing this because you can see how you are progressing and what you look like. I would prefer to have my vest off in the gym but it isn't allowed unfortunately. Otherwise that would make me work ten times harder!Usually shorts and a vest. Why I like this video: The fact that he can still look as good today with everything that he does is why. He also a inspiration to me in general, especially with acting.
Good man, but make sure you work out all muscles, not just your arms! and be sure to let them rest a few days, it's easy to want to keep poundin away every day. I'm doin great though, startin to show some results, but not satisfied yet! Keep workin hard bro
